OUR COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
While we are remaining open for appointments during the COVID-19 pandemic, please be aware of the following changes to our protocols to help provide the safest environment possible for our community:
Make an appointment! We are currently operating on an appointment basis to ensure we are able to safely accommodate our patient volume. Please call first or request an appointment through our website. For emergencies, please contact your closest veterinary urgent care clinic.
Remain in your car or outside and keep your cellphone close! At this time, we ask that you wait in your vehicle or outside for the duration of your pet’s appointment. Please call us upon arrival to check-in and a staff member will assist you curbside to bring your pet inside. We will call you to discuss your pet while you wait in your vehicle or outside until the end of their appointment.
Please postpone non-essential visits including grooming services (nail trims/anal gland expressions/sanitary trims, etc) and general wellness services (annual exams, routine vaccines for adult pets, etc) until after the COVID-19 situation improves.
Please be patient as the safety measures we have put in place may increase wait times. You may always request to drop your pet off with us and pick them up once they are finished if you’d prefer.
